Lots of blueberry, chocolate and burnt-orange character. It’s full-bodied and tannic. Intense and muscular. One of the best in a long time.

A lovely sappy, savoury character to the fruit, with softly expressed blackberry and raspberry. Smoked cedar and black pepper add interest and depth, with exotic spices showing traces of the warm summer, and there is a good kick through the finish. Medium-term drinking.

Couleur sombre, de bonne intensité. Nez moyennement aromatique, fruité, crémeux et légèrement toasté. Tendre à l’attaque, tendre au milieu, savoureux, le vin évolue agréable sur des tannins présents, mais enrobés et une longueur normale.

Elegantes Bouquet, Minze, rote Johannisbeeren, Bitterschokolade. Gute Dichte, saftig, jugendiiches Tannin, feiner Säurebogen, elegante rotbeerige Frucht, Johannisbeeren, Brombeeren, zart Preiselbeeren im Finish, gute Länge.

Dans un style plutôt tendre et léger pour l'appellation. Il possède un fruité agréable, une jolie rondeur et un côté immédiatement fruité. Les tanins se fondent bien.

Blackcurrants, spices and blueberries with some lead pencil on the nose. Medium body with fine tannins that are polished and pretty. Nice finish. Not the most structured 2019, but very attractive and well crafted. Drink after 2025.

Aromas of earthy cassis fruit, undergrowth and cigar wrapper introduce the 2019 Croizet-Bages, a medium to full-bodied, supple wine with a delicate core of fruit, powdery tannins and lively acids. It's a somewhat simple, cleanly made wine that will likely flesh out with a few years in bottle.

Vin fruité, à l'entrée en bouche discrète, au profil ascendant, s'achevant sur des tannins plus marqués que lors des Primeurs. Devrait être plus suave. Longueur moyenne.
